Soul Sync Solutions ("Soul Sync") is a service and software offering traded under Sacred Living Collective ("SLC") and operates as a distinct brand delivering CRM, business automation, and done-for-you system solutions.By engaging with Soul Sync, you agree to the following terms:
New users may access a 14-day free trial of the platform. Ongoing access is offered on monthly or annual plans, with pricing dependent on your selected tier. Pricing may vary and is outlined on our website or shared in consultation.
Although some subscriptions may offer self-cancellation, we encourage cancellations to be submitted via email so we can support you and explore alternatives. Please email [email protected] or [email protected] to initiate cancellation.
Content built by you within the Soul Sync platform is your property. Content created for you by Soul Sync (DFY services) remains the property of Soul Sync unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Scope of work for DFY projects is outlined and agreed upon in advance. Revisions are typically limited to 1 round unless otherwise agreed. Content created by Soul Sync may be transferred upon written agreement. Timeframes for completion are flexible to honour co-creative and energetic alignment. DFY sessions included in plans (e.g., 1x funnel per month) may expire if unused unless a rollover is agreed upon in advance.
You agree to:
Act respectfully and responsibly within the Soul Sync platform and any related communities. Not attempt to hack, misuse, or disrupt the platform or services. Not resell or share Soul Sync content without written consent
Soul Sync and its contributors will not be liable for any losses, damages, or results arising from use of the platform or its services. You accept full responsibility for the outcomes of your business or creative decisions.
We reserve the right to terminate access to the Soul Sync platform or services if behavior is found to be misaligned with these terms or disruptive to the community.
Disputes will be addressed through good-faith negotiation and mediation facilitated by Peacemaker Equity.
If unresolved, arbitration will follow Peacemaker Equity's biblically-aligned equity principles.Arbitration or jury trials will be held via video call, phone, or in person.All decisions are final and enforceable under applicable law.
