Membership & Subscription Agreement

1. Welcome & Sovereign Acknowledgment

This agreement is made between I, a sovereign soul of mankind, and Soul Sync Solutions, a sovereign system operating in the private domain and offered as a project of Sacred Living Collective ("we", "us", or "our").

By subscribing to or accessing the Soul Sync Solutions platform (the "Platform"), you willingly enter into a private membership agreement. This agreement exists outside of public statutory systems and is governed by natural law, mutual respect, and energetic integrity.

Jurisdiction Disclaimer: All matters, communications, and transactions conducted through Soul Sync Solutions are held within the private domain and under the lawful construct of Sacred Living Collective. This agreement does not fall under public or commercial jurisdiction.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Platform, you agree to the terms outlined herein and acknowledge your responsibility for conscious participation in this sovereign field.

The Platform is powered by a white-labeled infrastructure (GoHighLevel). By subscribing, you also accept their applicable terms of service, available at: https://www.gohighlevel.com/terms-of-service.

3. Platform Description

Soul Sync Solutions offers an all-in-one system that includes CRM tools, marketing automations, booking calendars, funnel builders, course hosting, payment integrations, and more. Access is granted via subscription and may include optional Done-For-You services.

The Platform is intended for mission- and soul aligned offerings, growth and systemisation, not resale or redistribution. Use of the Platform outside of its intended purpose, or in violation of this agreement, may result in suspension or termination.

4. Member Responsibilities

By subscribing, you agree to:

- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

- Use the Platform in alignment with its intended purpose

- Provide accurate, up-to-date information

- Refrain from illegal activity, harassment, spamming, scraping, or misuse of AI tools

- Contribute to the energetic field of the collective with integrity and respect

Informed Consent: You acknowledge that your engagement with the Soul Sync platform may include access to energetic, ceremonial, or intuitive experiences woven into the delivery of tech-based services. Your participation in all aspects of the Platform is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion.

5. Payments & Subscription Terms

Your subscription to Soul Sync Solutions is billed monthly (or annually, where applicable) via Stripe. Payments are automatic and recurring unless you provide written notice of cancellation.

Cancellation Notice Period: A minimum of 30 days’ written notice is required prior to your next billing date. All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to: [email protected].

Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital access and immediate delivery of proprietary tools and systems, refunds are not guaranteed. Refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases of technical error or mutual agreement.

Additional Usage Costs:

Certain services within the Platform—such as email sending, SMS messaging, phone calls, and AI features—are billed separately based on usage. These charges may include standard processing or service fees as set by Soul Sync Solutions and are added to your monthly invoice or deducted from your account wallet balance.

Current usage rates are available upon request or visible within your user dashboard. It is your responsibility to monitor and manage your usage of these features. These charges are not included in the base subscription price.

Financial & Tax Disclaimer:
Soul Sync Solutions is offered as a private system and project of Sacred Living Collective—a community-service, not-for-profit, tax-exempt, self-assessing organisation operating in the private domain. As such, we do not hold or quote any government registrations, including an ABN, and are not registered for or required to collect GST.

Subscribers agree to retain a copy of this agreement and any associated invoices for their own record-keeping. Please consult your own trusted advisor or accountant regarding use of this documentation for taxation or compliance purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

All system architecture, workflows, templates, automations, visual assets, and custom configurations built by Soul Sync Solutions remain the intellectual property of Soul Sync Solutions, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You retain ownership of your own uploaded content (e.g. contacts, emails, branding). However, any automations, pipelines, templates, or workflows custom-built or provided by Soul Sync as part of your account remain owned by Soul Sync, and are licensed to you only for use within your active subscription.

Knowledge Usage: You agree not to duplicate, resell, teach, or share proprietary systems, energetic frameworks, rituals, or methods received through Soul Sync Solutions unless explicitly granted written permission. All proprietary knowledge is shared within a sacred field of trust.

7. Sub-Account Hosting, Transferability & Export Fee

Your Platform access is hosted within Soul Sync’s private agency environment. Your sub-account is non-transferable and cannot be exported or migrated to another GoHighLevel agency without written consent.

Should you request a transfer to another agency, a $1,000 USD export fee will apply, payable in advance. This covers time, labor, and administrative setup. We reserve the right to decline export requests if doing so breaches the integrity of the system or includes proprietary assets not intended for transfer.

8. Limitation of Liability

Soul Sync Solutions provides the Platform in good faith, with care and integrity. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or outcomes. Use of the Platform is at your own discretion and risk.

We are not liable for losses, damages, or interruptions arising from platform outages, third-party failures, or user error. We encourage regular data backups and responsible digital hygiene.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. A minimum of 30 days’ notice is required by members. Termination may also occur if:

- Payment is not received on time

- Platform use violates these terms

- Member conduct disrupts the integrity of the collective

Upon termination:

- Platform access will be revoked

- No refunds will be issued for partial months

- Data exports may be available by request (excluding proprietary assets)

10. Data Privacy & Sovereignty

We respect your data and your sovereignty. Soul Sync Solutions does not sell or share your information. Our Platform does, however, rely on third-party services (e.g. Stripe, Twilio) for functionality, and your data may pass through their systems in accordance with their own privacy policies.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This agreement is formed in the private domain and governed by natural law, equity, and conscious agreement. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to pursue resolution through peaceful, sovereign dialogue. Public court systems shall not be engaged unless required by statutory law.

12. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay in performance due to acts of nature, system failures, internet disruptions, war, pandemic, or other events beyond reasonable control.

13. Updates to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or within the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes agreement to the revised terms.

Acknowledgment & Agreement

By subscribing to Soul Sync Solutions, you affirm that you:

- Have read, understood, and accepted this agreement

- Enter into this private agreement of your own free will

- Agree to uphold the energetic integrity of the field we are co-creating

Energy Field Agreement: By entering into this agreement, I acknowledge that this is not just a digital service but a frequency field of co-creation. I agree to uphold the energetic integrity of the Soul Sync collective and enter with respect, reverence, and conscious presence.
